The key responsibilities will include

- More than 5 years of IT experience
- More than 5 years of experience as Business Analyst in Microsoft Dynamics CRM especially in Sales and Customer Service Modules
- Interface with end clients and understand requirements and document them
- Ability to provide a solution summary to clients that can meet their requirements
- Ability to customize and configure entities, workflows, business process, security and other OOB features of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Write detailed Business Requirement, Gap fit analysis and Functional Design documentation
- Test the functions and the features being developed and confirm that they fulfil the business requirements
- Prepare Detailed training guides and user manuals
- Provide Training to clients and end users
- Provide post go live support to help Technical team to resolve issues
- Interface with clients and understand requirements and document them.


Desired Qualifications

- Educational qualification BE MCA or equivalent degree in computer science
- At least 3 years experience of implementing solutions on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365
- Strong understanding of the CRM 365 Platform and all the functional modules.
- Good understanding of CRM 365 Functional Modules and all related components.
- Good understanding of SSRS and CRM Reports
- Has at least participated in two full cycle Dynamics CRM 365 implementations.
- Experience with Microsoft Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
- Should be aware of the new and upcoming add ons for Dynamics CRM.

- Use analytics and judgment to identify, prioritize, structure and solve complex problems
- Work independently to define, test and implement project functional requirements
- Design and execute functional test procedures
- Create software requirements artifacts and deliverables
- Apply system analysis techniques to analyze requirements, system capabilities, workflows, and functional limitations
- Serve as subject matter expert on projects to answer business questions that impact the strategic business priorities
- Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project
- Define software quality attributes, external interfaces, constraints, and other nonfunctional requirements
- Establish and implement effective requirements practices, such as change control process, etc.
- Ensure use and continuous improvement of a requirements processes
- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, event lists, business analysis, competitive product analysis, task and workflow analysis, and or viewpoints
- Ensure all project requirements are conformed to during every phase of the project implementation
- Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data
- Prepare status report updates on the progress of assigned tasks
- Contribute to the written and verbal communication in and out of the client, specific to the engagement
- Must be able to relocate as needed by the company
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested
