Job Description :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience with minimum of 4+years of IT experience.
Required Skills:
Strong SSIS, SSRS and MS SQL Server Developer with experience in application Development\application Support
Strong knowledge of SQL Server Stored procedure development and maintenance
Good knowledge in SQL Server performance tuning, profiling, SQL query tuning, indexes etc.,
Associate must have a strong leadership quality and should have experience on executing onsite and offshore model
Previous ETL experience work is a very strong point that we would be looking for.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot SSIS ETL packages and SSRS reports and fix issues
Must have good communication in order to liaise with the customer stakeholders. Work closely with Client SME''s and understand the requirements
Must have worked on complex design and should be able to process data within quick time
Should have good technical skills , communication and Analytical skills with excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
Should be hands on in analyzing the performance of the queries and fine tuning.
Required to work in application support environment.
Troubleshooting current production SSIS packages, SSRS reports and SQL Server procedures as need.
Knowledge of HealthCare domain will be an additional plus.
Ability to work “flextime” to attend scheduled meetings off hours to interact with offshore teams.
