Job Description: 
 

Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of Client' current D365 Omnichannel implementation and identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including existing patients, customer service, scheduling/rescheduling, client operations, IT, and executive leadership, to gather and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements documents and functional specifications.

System Enhancement and Integration:

  • Work closely with the IT team to address issues with SMS, chat, and email functionalities and ensure seamless integration within the D365 Omnichannel system.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance voice capabilities and streamline voice queues, in alignment with Client' goals to route calls effectively.
  • Lead efforts to deploy additional bots to manage ACES' queues and improve customer engagement.
  •  

Data Management and Process Improvement:

  • Address challenges related to the integration of Central Reach with D365 and develop strategies to eliminate the need for manual data entry and "swivel chair" processes.
  • Streamline intake and referral processes to ensure efficient coordination with scheduling and rescheduling workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize customer record management within both Central Reach and D365 systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, with specific experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Omnichannel solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functional teams.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
