Job Description: Lead Consultant MS Dynamics D365 Commerce / Retail consultant Skills & Experience Required 8+ years of experience in leading and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail support project 4 years bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. At least 4 years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting in multiple functional areas of ERP Business Processes, D365FO functional design, testing, UAT and support experience Strong proficiency in D365 Commerce modules Experience of D365 Commerce / AX 20212 Retail implementations and support Experience of rollouts, deployments, upgrade Experience of code / fix push to EMPOS Experience of setting up new stores, store migrations Experience of working in SLA based support Experience of configuration and troubleshooting of POS setup that includes printers, customer display, scanners, hardware station, MPOS Flexible with work hours Work with offshore team in India and guide them with issue resolution Ability to manage requirements/scope and risks appropriately Ability to identify risks, issues, find solution and plan/manage them Good at client interactions, able to set & manage stakeholder expectation Good presentation and communication skills Good experience of working in multi-vendor environment Should be okay to work in Onsite-Offshore Global Delivery Model Ability to understand and use advance analysis methods to identify and resolve complex client scenarios Solution estimation methods High impact Communication skills Business Acumen Customer Orientation Planning and Co-ordination skills Travel as needed
