They need Dynamics to be one stop shop for Sales and Customer Service
RSI team will build code integrations for multiple platforms to sync with Dynamics
This is a strategic initiative to modernize and streamline client’s sales and customer service capabilities
RSI team will not only be executing on the Dynamics integrations but also teaching the internal client team (player/coach approach)
