Description: Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013-L3, (Mandatory) .
- As Consultant, you are responsible for Resolving day to day tickets as part of the application maintenance and support.
- To Ensure application stability and take proactive measure for zero down time of the production application. To Provide fix for productions bugs and minor enhancements.
- To perform weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual maintenance tasks.
- To Perform code deployment for new feature release.
- To Coordinate all patching and infrastructure changes for application. To Perform Platform upgrade and product fixes which are provided by Microsoft.
- To deploy monitoring tools to monitor the application performance and health of critical business functions.
- To Low and medium level of automation of manual tasks.
- To create KB articles for recurring issues for user communities and Support team members.
