Title: Dynamics CRM Location: San Francisco, CA(Remote) Duration: 06 Months Resolve end user CRM issues and log those issues on the IT Helpdesk, from identification to their resolution, keeping the end user informed from start to end. Have excellent presentation skills to provide clear and understandable CRM end user training/ support. Support the CRM user experience and provide on-going training where necessary. Be able to clearly communicate with end users and ensure the user understands the issue and what is being done to resolve it. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and an ability to resolve application issues. Create new and maintain existing Best Practice documents in a format that the user finds simple to follow, with clear instructions on process steps. Hold exceptional technical ability to deal with most issues related to Dynamics CRM. Develop a working knowledge of software implementation issues and develop a basic understanding of industry issues. Carry out CRM system customization and actively participate in CRM Project Team meetings. Debugging issues with dynamics 365. Strong hand on experience in dynamics 365.
