Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Deliver expert administration and advanced troubleshooting of IBM MQ (on-prem/cloud), ACE, AutoPilot M6, and Intercope Box.

Resolve complex issues escalated from L1/L2, conduct root cause analysis, and maintain runbooks and standardized configurations.

Lead middleware upgrades, patching, and disaster recovery exercises; participate in 24/7 on-call support and manage agile initiatives.

Design and document technical procedures, architecture diagrams, and operational guides.

Qualifications:

10+ years in IBM MQ engineering/administration
Advanced MQ architecture, HA, IPT, RDQM, SSL, and Unix/Linux/cloud experience
Automation with Chef, Ansible, Terraform, Python, Shell scripting
ITIL process knowledge; strong documentation and mentoring skills
