Required Qualifications ? Bachelor?s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. ? At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology. ? Candidate must be willing to relocate to Raleigh, NC / Charlotte, NC? ? U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. ? Experience in Mortgage domain (Origination) ? Experience as an IT Business Analyst/Product Owner with experience in requirement gathering/elicitation, Prioritize and sequence the user Stories Backlog, SQL skills Preferred Qualifications ? At least 5 years of Functional expertise in Mortgage Domain specially Origination (Retail, Direct To Consumer, Correspondent, Wholesale) ? At least 4 years of experience in capturing user stories & requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting and mapping current business process ? At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role as Business Analyst/Product Owner, requirement gathering, requirement elicitation, user stories. ? At least 2 years of experience in Agile/Scrum, Prioritize and sequence the user stories Backlog according to business value or Return on Investment, Assist with the elaboration of Features into user stories including the Acceptance Criteria that are granular enough to be achieved in a single sprint, Participate in the daily Scrums, Sprint Planning Meetings and Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives ? Demonstrated project management skills ? Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly articulate complexities ? Good communication, collaboration, presentation, and influencing skills ? Ability to work in a team in a diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment ? Experience in the Financial Services domain ? Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
