Relevant Experience:
Mandatory:
WFC Configuration and alignment with Organization Pay Rules
5+ years of Kronos experience including Workforce Central (WFC) time management software implementation and/or application support experience. 5+ years of experience must have been in the calendar years 2008 to present.
Experience with mid-sized/large workforce use of Kronos (i.e. over 10,000 employees)
Experience supporting Kronos for union/bargaining unit workforce
This position requires this contractor to work on-site in Columbus, Ohio after the Covid work-at-home order is lifted
Preferred: Hands on experience with the following:
Workforce Scheduler Module
Workforce Activities Module
WFC Mobile Application Support
Experience working with Kronos Cloud support
FTP/SFTP experience
Time Clock Management/Management of Timecards
Integration to PeopleSoft HCM Applications
WFC architecture and technology experience including database support, SQL and reports development
Public Sector experience
Project Management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interface and resolve issues across all levels of an organization
Preferred Education and Training:
4-year college degree
ITIL concepts
Kronos WFC training courses (please list)

40%: Configuration & Functional Support
40%: Kronos support as described in this document
20%: Interaction with customers (agency business owners)
Role Description:
Configure and maintain the Kronos system
Collaborate to assess requirements and onboard remaining agencies into Kronos
Assess and help deploy the Activities and Advanced Scheduler modules to new and previously onboarded agencies
Work in collaboration with the OAKS Managed Services Providers (MSP), key internal IT and Security organizations, and other critical stakeholders to maintain the Kronos Workforce Central application and its integrations
Identify and troubleshoot production issues and problems in the Kronos Workforce Central application
Consult on application aspects of break/fix approaches and planned enhancements
Test and work with internal support teams and Kronos Cloud teams to upgrade Kronos and deploy service releases
Maintain the integrity of existing Kronos Workforce Central Operations Processes
Proactively identify and implement service improvements in operational delivery processes
Conduct cause analysis for incidents and events affecting Kronos Workforce Central system
Document results of analysis in Event and Incident Management databases
Help identify and implement Kronos Workforce Central performance improvements
Customize Kronos software to meet the State’s needs
Develop and/or run existing SQL based queries to assist in data management
Provide program specific input for training teams and support adoption for new agencies
Develop documentation for the configuration of the software based on discovery and union contracts
Be part of discovery workshops with agencies to determine goals objectives, and procedures to ensure successful implementation of time management software
