Role : Mobile (iOS) Application Developer
Location : Rockville, MD
MOI : Skype
Duration : 3 Months
We will strongly consider candidates local to the DMV (DC, MD, VA) area. We may consider candidates from surrounding states (within a 3 hour drive to Rockville, MD
Position Summary: Provide mobile application development and technical support for a Xamarin.iOS web application. This is an ON-SITE position supporting Montgomery County Government’s Department of Housing and Community Affairs in Rockville, MD, for three months with potential for extension.

Responsibilities:
- Review and inspect app for issues and make recommendations on priority fixes.
- Update app as necessary.
- Make programming changes to the app per customer request.
- Review if this app is a candidate to be included in the Apple App Store.
- Advise the department on how to add the App Store, or how to proceed without using the App Store.
- Advise the department on how to avoid registering each piece of hardware that uses the app.
Required:
Expert level experience in:
- Apple App development with experience developing cross-platform mobile apps with Microsoft’s Xamarin platform.
- Xamarin, Xamarin. iOS, web API, entity framework, and native controls
- Adding apps to the Apple App Store
- Creating an iOS distribution provisioning profile and distribution certificate
Desired:
- Coding experience in JSP, J2EE, AJAX, .NET, or Python
