JOb Description:-
Need a hybrid engineer-analyst responsible for behavioral data tagging implementation and QA on our web and app eCommerce platforms. Massive amounts of data collected from tagging is stored and consumed downstream by multiple business partners and leaders including analytics, merchandising, marketing, product, and data sciences – all of whom use behavioral data to drive decisions. Translating measurement requirements into data strategy solutions, writing code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing insights are necessary to think beyond the status quo. Cross-collaborative partners will look to you as a trusted advisor - a subject matter expert - who provides guidance as it relates to efficiencies and best practices for measuring, collecting, storing, and reporting user behavior. - Work in a high-performance agile team environment – pioneering innovative data instrumentation ideas and working collaboratively across teams
- Partner with talented engineers, product visionaries, and digital analysts to contribute to the vision, design, and measurement of our web and app properties
- Good understanding of React frameworks, Android iOS App Development.
- Collaborate closely with other data strategists to develop, enhance, and maintain complex front-end data collection frameworks using modern programming standards in JavaScript, Swift, and Kotlin
- Leverage QA frameworks to automate the accuracy and integrity of behavioral data tagging
- Analyze data using non-SQL Enterprise BI tools as well as SQL Based data frameworks

For Web Developers: Vanilla JavaScript (ES6, ES2016 and latest versions of ECMAScript), HTML5, CSS3, React, Redux.
For App Developers: Kotlin & Android Studio or Swift & XCode, Charles Proxy.
Good to have Skills:
Experience in developing JavaScript libraries or Frameworks. SQL & Database Management. Experience in developing either Native Apps or Hybrid Apps.
