Design and develop database tables, stored procedures and triggers in SQL Server. Develop, implement and optimize Stored Procedures and Functions using SQL Understanding of, and experience with, server-client computing and relational database environments. Develops data models to ensure that the data objects provided are completely and accurately represented Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements Experience with data management and data processing flowcharting techniques. Knowledge of reporting and query tools and practices. Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Technical documentation skills. Maintain Alerts, notifications, Jobs, Job schedules. Monitor connections and locks and performance of SQL server to track historical peak load on servers and proactively managed them. Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language. Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail. Creating and maintaining Audits, stored procedures and user defined functions as per client requirements and creating database triggers for automation. Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Experience with Netezza is a big plus Good knowledge of the Telecommunication industry is a big plus
