This is not a remote role
This is a 3 month contract with possible extension
Microsoft Intune is a cloud-based service that focuses on mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM You control how your organization''s devices are used, including mobile phones, tablets, and laptops. You can also configure specific policies to control applications.
Essential Job Functions:
Implementation of SCCM and Intune solutions based on client requirements and design specifications
Recommend configuration and solutions that align with the SCS business needs and requirements including Azure and Office 365 • Additional duties include Platform Patch Management, Software Packaging, Reporting, integrations, monitoring updates via Automatic Deployment Rules (ADR), Update Groups, Deployment packages, and other methods.
Able to articulate pros & cons of the architecture decision across a wide spectrum of factors - e.g. latency, storage, startup/shutdown, compatibility etc.
Assist in the development of detailed project specifications where applicable
Create 0365 mail flow artifacts, updated health checks, monitoring and driving persistent performance metrics
Ability to develop automated solutions and custom SCCM reports.
Identify system problems and recommend solutions to improve processing efficiency and stability.
Experience with the modules of SCCM with a major emphasis on administering Intune. • Day to day administration of O365, Intune, and Azure AD including policy and configuration changes
In person at a designated work area. This is dependent on CDC guidelines and restrictions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
2-3 years of System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) administration, Microsoft Intune and solid experience in systems development, network operations, software support or I.T. consulting with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing SCCM infrastructures for large complex environments.
Windows client deployment/imaging experience with Windows 10, SCCM, Microsoft Intune
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Technology, Information Systems Management or related field or associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or related field and two (2) years of computer science or equivalent, for a total education/experience of four (4) years. (PROOF OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
Degree Equivalency Formula: Bachelor’s Degree= 4 years plus required years of experience.
Additional expertise is a plus
On-premise Active Directory, Group Policy Management, Azure Active Directory, Operations Management Suite (OMS), Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite (EM+S), Systems Center Operations Manager (SCOM), AD synchronization mechanisms (AAD Connect), Application compatibility testing, Power BI
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot SCCM and Intune environments
Ability to provide recommendations around SCCM vs. Intune and/or hybrid implementations
Ability to work with Intune in Mobile Device Management (MDM), Mobile Application Management (MAM) and PC Management capacity.
A proven track record of creating successful outcomes for customers, prospects, or clients using bleeding edge technology
Strong experience with PowerShell scripting.
Technical experience with business continuity, performance measuring and tuning.
