The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant will lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The role involves requirement gathering, solution architecture, technical customization, integrations, and deployment activities. This position requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and secure CRM solutions aligned with enterprise needs.

Gather and analyze business requirements and perform Gap Fit analysis.

Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environments.

Develop system integrations with ERP and Line-of-Business applications (On-premises and Online).

Integrate CRM with Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint, and support O365 administration and Azure AD synchronization.

Perform data migration using tools such as Scribe, SSIS, or similar ETL technologies.

Extend Microsoft Dynamics CRM through:

Configure CRM security roles, access levels, and field security.

Develop Out-of-the-Box and custom SSRS reports for CRM.

Implement and customize CRM using CRM Web API, JavaScript (OData/REST), .NET, and related technologies.

Work with CRM entities, workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards, and other platform capabilities.

Support CRM installation, deployment, and post-go-live technical enhancements.

Build and optimize integration solutions using .NET.

Work across CRM functional domains including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.

12+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CRM technical implementation.

Strong expertise in CRM configuration, customization, and solution extensions.

Hands-on experience with CRM development using JavaScript, .NET, HTML, and Web Services.

Strong knowledge of CRM data architecture, security models, and deployment processes.

Experience executing upgrades, integration development, and CRM environment migrations.

Proficiency with SQL Server, SSIS, and custom SSRS report development.

Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale integration patterns.

Strong communication and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
