Role and Responsibilities
- Setup users, make changes to forms, add fields.
- Dynamics 365 CRM administrator (CRMA)
- Creating profiles, users, roles, page layouts, data management, approval processes, workflows, reports, dashboard
- Technical expert and system admin role for all CRM system user
- Design, develop and customize form, add new fields.
- Testing customization and processes
- Documentation
- Import/export of data batch assignments of accounts.
- They need to be very proficient in CRM & Field Services
- Work Orders
- Schedule and dispatching
- Asset management
- Inventory/Purchasing/Returns
- Billing/Time tracking
- Reporting
