Functional Expertise
Leverage strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to design, configure, and optimize CRM solutions aligned with business goals.

User Story Development
Write clear, detailed, and structured user stories that effectively communicate requirements to offshore development teams.

Client Engagement
Conduct interactive discussions with client personnel to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.

Presentation Communication
Deliver compelling presentations and facilitate conversations with clients to explain solutions, gather feedback, and ensure alignment.

Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of CRM solutions.

Documentation
Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, configurations, and workflows.

Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (functional configuration, workflows, entities, forms, dashboards).
Strong ability to write user stories and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills able to engage clients in meaningful discussions and present ideas clearly.
Experience working with offshore development teams is a plus.
Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in the Life Sciences industry is desirable but not required
