MUST HAVE SKILLS: EOP, M365, DMARK, DKIM

1.Must have knowledge about EOP and the power shell scripting
2. Must have knowledge on CES or IronPort
3. Must have knowledge about EOP rules
4. Must have knowledge about Outlook issues
5. Hands on experience for Exchange 2010, Exchange 2013. 
6. Client connectivity knowledge related to exchange 2010 and exchange 2013
7. Providing Level 2 support for Exchange 2007/2010/2013/O365 users 
8. Should  the team to achieve customer satisfaction/SLA
9. Excellent Written and communication skills
10. Interact with different support team/customer to resolve the issues within SLA time period
11. Attend customer meeting and full fill customer expectations
12. Operational management of a Global Exchange domain
13. Participate in a 24X7-hour on-call rotation to provide after business hours support
14. Physical and logical server monitoring of Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010/2013 systems including hardware, operating system and applications
15. Monitor e-Mail messaging to internal and external Domains (Internet), SMTP
