Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage, support, and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for user administration, security management, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of Microsoft 365 services.
Key Responsibilities:

Administer and manage the Microsoft 365 environment, including user accounts, licenses, and permissions.

Support and maintain Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.

Manage user provisioning, mailbox configuration, and distribution groups.

Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365 services.

Implement and maintain security policies, compliance settings, and access controls.

Perform backup, recovery, and data protection tasks.

Assist with migration projects from on-premise systems to Microsoft 365.

Provide technical support and training to end users when required.

Maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

3+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 / Office 365 environments.

Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams administration.

Knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), user identity, and access management.

Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.

Understanding of security, compliance, and data protection policies.

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft Intune and device management.

Knowledge of hybrid environments (on-premise AD with Azure AD).
-
Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator or Enterprise Administrator Expert.
