Role Scope
Assess current O365 environment (eMail, SharePoint, Yammer, Teams and Power BI Platform - SARA) design and administration/ setup at CIOX – document landscape, areas of risk
Assess overall architecture – in concert with security and industry best practices – provide roadmap for improvements
• Identify product/solutions gaps, areas for improvements and optimization based on industry best practices;
• Recommend and plan actions necessary to meet the service level requirements of the organization;
• Ensure Microsoft 365 is developed responsibly including maintaining a Test Tenant;
• Apply best practices patch testing. Scheduling, and management to support end user service levels
Assist in adoption/application of prioritization of features/functions not in use
Design/develop and implement corporate IT Security policies in partnership with CISO/team
Qualifications:
• Extensive experience in Microsoft 365 administration and support
• PowerShell Scripting
• Ability to accomplish tasks both independently and collaboratively
• 5+ years of experience in Technology positions
• 5+ years of experience in SharePoint/Microsoft 365 administration including configuration
• 3-5+ years of experience in administering SharePoint including Site Information Architecture
• Knowledge of Active Directory Services, AzureAD and Microsoft 365 integrations
• Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office productivity apps and other Microsoft tools
• 2+ years of Microsoft Windows Server administration experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot a computer and MS Office applications
