Position: Medicaid Transformation Training Lead
Location: Durham, NC
Duration: 12 months
Either Webcam Interview or In Person
Responsibilities:
· This position requires critical, daily training guidance & assistance, such as Lead Reviews on all content development, organization of training schedule, materials, and training delivery to ensure deadlines are met.
· This person will work closely with Implementation Team leaders to understand the existing e-learning curriculum when planning the virtual and in-person training approach.
· S/he will also collaborate with NC FAST and Medicaid subject matter experts to ensure training strategies align with program and policy requirements.
Required:
| · 5 years of experience in business analysis, MS Office Suite (e.g., MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) | · 5 years of experience in Learning Management System (LMS) technology such as Moodle, XML, HTML | · 5 years of experience with A e Captivate, A e Connect, Visio or other training applications. | · 3 years of experience with JIRA software | · 3 years of experience with Agile methodology | | | | | | | | | | | | | | |
