Media Brand Manager
Location: Remote – All locations (must work PST time zone)
Manager Location: Kirkland, WA
Schedule: Mon – Fri regular business hours
Start Date: 03/22/2021

Contract length: 6 months with a very good cancel to convert or extend for 1 year
Interview process: 1 – 30 min Zoom interview with Hiring Mangers and 2nd final interview with 3 person panel

We are is looking for a Media Brand Manager who has planned and bought media across a variety of mediums (TV, OTT, Audio), focused on Someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit, and is passionate about all things related to building a brand. We are looking for you to help us build and buy media plans and help build the team that will take our Go Daddy Brand to the next level.
The ideal candidate is an energetic and creative problem solver, while also being data driven. This person will have a passion for media, who is a self-motivated, great teammate – and ultimately knows how to successfully bridge creative content with smart paid media execution in TV, OTT and Audio.
Plan and Buy strategic across TV, OTT and Audio channels to build Reach and increase Brand Awareness
Heavy experience in Brand Lift Testing
Utilize research and planning tools to help generate and recommend the optimal channel placement, mix and budget
Day-to-day management of the media plans, including optimizing and budget tracking
Work closely with Brand, PR, Social and other teams to implement the right message, at the right time, to the right audience
Provide high level campaign roadmap to internal teams in order to collaborate across all channels
Work with analytics teams to develop performance reports on a regular cadence, and generate insights and recommendations for improvement based on data-based results
Develop and present internal reports and recommendations based on campaign results
Run A/B Testing
Develop Experimentation Strategies
Keep up with the latest trends in media, and identify new vendors and tactics
Handle workflow and process procedures and ensure they are followed for successful campaign launches
Ensure that deadlines are met, including handling expectations internally
Review contracts and initiate NDAs
Research media trends and statistics. Compile competitive reports, analyses and report on media trends and statistics for media plans and presentations
Analyze 1st and 3rd party data to gauge overall campaign effectiveness and recommended in-market adjustments
Maintain ongoing communication with the channel leads to coordinate and report on campaign optimization actions and resulting performance to the marketing leadership

Your experience should include.
B.A in Related Field plus Minimum 5-yrs experience
Plan and Buy strategic across TV, OTT and Audio channels to build Reach and increase Brand Awareness
