We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with 3–4 years of experience to design, develop, and optimize mechanical systems and components. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in CAD design, thermal and structural analysis, and manufacturing processes. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring quality, and driving innovation in mechanical design projects.
Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems based on specifications
Prepare detailed CAD models, drawings, and documentation using tools like SolidWorks or AutoCAD
Conduct stress, thermal, and fluid flow analyses using FEA/CFD tools
Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness
Evaluate prototypes, conduct testing, and provide recommendations for improvements
Support maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing mechanical systems
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Electrical, QA, Procurement) for project execution
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and engineering best practices
Prepare technical reports, manuals, and documentation for internal and client use
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
3–4 years of experience in mechanical design, analysis, and project execution
Strong proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, or similar)
Knowledge of material science, manufacturing processes, and mechanical systems
Experience with FEA/CFD simulation tools (ANSYS, Abaqus, or similar)
Understanding of mechanical drawings, tolerances, and GD&T
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Exposure to thermal, fluid, or structural simulations
Experience in product lifecycle management (PLM) tools
Knowledge of CNC machining, sheet metal design, and fabrication processes
Hands-on experience in prototyping and testing
Familiarity with ISO standards, ASME codes, or other industry-specific standards
Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge
