Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with 3–4 years of experience to design, develop, and optimize mechanical systems and components. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in CAD design, thermal and structural analysis, and manufacturing processes. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring quality, and driving innovation in mechanical design projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems based on specifications

  • Prepare detailed CAD models, drawings, and documentation using tools like SolidWorks or AutoCAD

  • Conduct stress, thermal, and fluid flow analyses using FEA/CFD tools

  • Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness

  • Evaluate prototypes, conduct testing, and provide recommendations for improvements

  • Support maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing mechanical systems

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Electrical, QA, Procurement) for project execution

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and engineering best practices

  • Prepare technical reports, manuals, and documentation for internal and client use


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

  • 3–4 years of experience in mechanical design, analysis, and project execution

  • Strong proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, or similar)

  • Knowledge of material science, manufacturing processes, and mechanical systems

  • Experience with FEA/CFD simulation tools (ANSYS, Abaqus, or similar)

  • Understanding of mechanical drawings, tolerances, and GD&T

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities


Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to thermal, fluid, or structural simulations

  • Experience in product lifecycle management (PLM) tools

  • Knowledge of CNC machining, sheet metal design, and fabrication processes

  • Hands-on experience in prototyping and testing

  • Familiarity with ISO standards, ASME codes, or other industry-specific standards

  • Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge
