Job Title: Master Data Management (MDM) Lead
Location: Atlanta - GA
Duration: 6 Months
Job Description-
· You will be working closely with various project stakeholders to understand their data needs and will use your advanced data architecture, modeling and MDM experience, knowledge and skills to understand MDM Data models, workflows, Web UI and other functional aspects of Informatica MDM solutions.
· Ability to oversee data analysis, mapping of requirements to Informatica MDM Functionality.
· Provide leadership in formulating key architectural and technical decision. Work in unison with MDM Technical Architect
· Support the technical team who will be implementing the solution.
· Engage into discussions with various application teams and other architects to evaluate the best possible solution amongst the viable options available.
· Produce Architecture/High Level Design documents
Mandatory Requirements
· 10+ years of IT experience with at least 4 years in Master Data Management using industry leading tools such as Informatica MDM/PIM, Tibco EBX, Stibo, Semarchy etc.
· Experience in managing multiple tracks of the MDM programs including Core MDM team, integration team, solution architect team and the Business Team.
· Strong experience in data modelling & analysis, data migration strategy to profile, cleanse and migrate large master data sets, data alignment across multiple applications, data governance.
· Proven ability to lead implementation of Data models, Data Import/Export process, Web UI’s, Workflows, Match, Survivorship & Merge, Exception handling within MDM.
· Ability to support change management and training of the End users on the functionalities developed.
Preferred Skills
• Strong proven experience preferably in Informatica MDM platform and/or other MDM platforms such as Tibco EBX, Stibo, Semarchy etc.
• Strong leadership experience for implementing MDM using various vendor tools listed above, with the ability to lead MDM Roadmap, Implementation Style, DQ practices and governance practices.
• Strong understanding of Object oriented data modelling concepts, table structures, hierarchy.
• Understanding of various integration patterns
• Knowledge of JAVA is a plus
