Job Description :

Be part of the consulting team assessing and providing recommendations to Cigna GBS team on their MarTech architecture. This consultant will focus on the Analytics tools & platforms:

  • Tech Stack Review and Gap Analysis: Assess existing Analytics tech stack currently used by Cigna GBS marketing teams and identify areas of gaps and opportunities.
  • Data & analytics review and Gap Analysis:
    • Consumer data supply chain: Identify efficiency opportunities to manage consumer prospect data across LOBs.
    • Campaign reporting and analytics: Identify opportunities to improve campaign reporting and analytics.
    • Web analytics: Assess adoption of A e Analytics features as per industry best practices. Identify integration opportunities with other Data, Analytics & MarTech tools. Standardization of reporting other Cigna BUs
  • Summary & Recommendations: Summarize analysis, findings, issues and opportunities. Provide recommendations based on industry best practices and analytics platforms available at Cigna Enterprise.
  • Implementation Roadmap: Create implementation roadmap and provide high-level timeline and costs for each of the tactics.
  • Business Case POV: Create a business case POV on potential marketing benefits and capabilities that could be enabled by implementing the roadmap.

Must have skills & experience:

Our ideal candidate will be a seasoned practitioner (10 years +) of Marketing Analytics & Digital Analytics. The position requires strong technical hands-on-skills and experiences on marketing analytics & digital analytics platforms, as well as analytics and marketing stakeholders

Strong understanding of data flow across marketing technology platforms such as CRM, DMP, CDP, Web Analytics and data visualization platforms. Has at least 3 large implementations of A e Analytics.

Strong understanding of marketing (owned, paid, earned media), content data, consumer, data to create advanced analytical solutions that drive marketing efficiency and innovation.

Good to have skills:

proven knowledge of Data Management, Data Warehousing technologies, or Big Data (Hadoop and related technologies) for marketing functions.

Expertise of analytics and data sciences tools & techniques in the areas of Marketing and Digital Analytics solutions including Attribution modeling, Media Mix Modeling, Media Effectiveness (Owned, Paid and Earned), Social listening modeling
