Job Description:
As a Partner Marketing Project Manager, you are a key support system for the Partner Marketing team which delivers marketing and account support for third party publishers. You are responsible for building effective and positive relationships with our external publishers including the indie community with our new self-service portal. The portal’s mission is to provide an unparalleled marketing support experience by streamlining publisher’s requests and connecting them directly with our owned PlayStation channels. The role encompasses cross-functional communication with a key focus on prioritization, organization and critical thinking. You will deliver high-touch account and marketing support while working very closely with the SIEA Group Manager to take on projects to help the larger global team including data-focused analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
Self-Service: Responsible for and serves as a subject matter expert on self-service portal, process and requirements
Self-Service: Provides input to self-service portal development and updates based on publisher and personal experience
Self-Service: Manage and fulfill incoming asset requests from internal teams and external partners while ensuring brand accuracy on third party assets
Team Support: Drive third party social reporting and consolidation to be shared with wider-team on a monthly basis
Team Support: Oversee the entire invoicing and tracking process for co-marketing spends, events and hardware loaner program
Team Support: Provide project support as needed to SIEA Group Manager, Global Partner Marketing Managers and Third Party Events Team Lead

Key Tasks:
Manage self-service portal and content provider email communications to generate high publisher satisfaction scores
Track, report and analyze effectiveness of self-service efforts across the full spectrum of PlayStation owned social media channels and regions
Acting as the marketing liaison for assigned accounts with internal below the line teams to secure support and timely asset deliveries
Conduct content production meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery
Foster positive internal relationships to help internal teams succeed and achieve their objectives
Handle all internal and external communications with confidentiality
Lead reoccurring Self-Service Reporting tracking, analysis and consolidation while extracting recommendations. This includes adoption rate, submission counts and overall CSAT scores
Manage the documentation and evolution of the Partner Marketing best practices and processes with learnings and recommendations
Coordinate onsite meeting logistics such as technology set up, placing catering orders, securing large meeting rooms as well as purchasing and dispersing materials needed for the success of the meeting at the request of the Global Partner Marketing Manager, Events Team or the Partner Marketing Group Manager
Execute team catering needs throughout the year
Internal content manager and coordinator of department TVs for employee engagement through developing a program cadence, coordinating with employees to gather assets and working closely with the Partner Marketing Group Manager
Own the invoicing process from beginning to end including coordinating new vendor set up, logging estimates and tracking final invoicing
Misc – Lead special projects as assigned

Job Requirements for a Successful Candidate:
2-4 years of experience, preferably within Marketing, PR or Project Management in entertainment, gaming or other creative industry – such as agency or client serving
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively and professionally cross-functionally as well as with our external partners
Motivated, self-starter with the ability to solve problems efficiently and the confidence to respond with appropriate level of urgency to situations
Very organized with attention to detail, can prioritize a varied workload and successfully manage multiple deadlines with a busy schedule
An interest in, and knowledge of, video games is preferred
Highly computer, social media and technology literate including proficiency in MS Office and G Suite
