Role: Marketing Product Manager
Location: Irvine, CA
Tenure: 12 Months/ Contract

Job Duties:
Develop productive relationships with KOLs, building advocates, market influencers, and market develop initiatives and balancing the VOC through in-depth continuous conversations (20%)
Execute major product launch in collaboration with regional partners as appropriate (15%)
Collaborate with marketing team member(s) to develop annual marketing plans including programs, budgeting, market analysis, competitive analysis, payer impact, ensure alignment with overall business unit strategy and plans thorough execution (10%)
Analyze complex clinical and market data that may include competitive activity, reimbursement and economic trends (10%)
Collect market research in order to define product requirements (10%)
Manage project budgets encompassing campaigns, publications, product line growth (10%)
Actively respond to competitive threats (10%)
Draft communication strategies, campaigns and collateral messaging benefits and value for customers and Client (10%)

Required Skills:
Proven expertise in MS Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including consultative and relationship management skills
Excellent problem-solving , critical thinking, and investigative skills
Substantial understanding in tracking and interpreting market share, pricing, ASPs, competitive dynamics.
Substantial knowledge of marketing concepts and principles
Expertise and ability to coach others in one or more functional areas
Ability to forecast product lines for short-term and long-term accuracy based on market development, sales trends, competition and changing market dynamics.
Possess a fundamental clinical knowledge related to hospital environment, clinical practice and reimbursement policies.

Top 3 Requisites:
Product development – Be able to manage a product to new product development.
VOC – Conduct VOC voice of customers/Interview clinicians.
Strategic planning – This includes market analysis

Education:
Bachelor''s Degree with equivalent 1-2 years’ experience OR Master''s Degree + related experience Required
Experience working in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry Preferred.
