Manufacturing Engineer (CA-San Francisco Bay Area, NJ- Piscataway) – Onsite
Plan, design, and develop manufacturing systems with emphasis on maintaining and improving existing manufacturing and molding processes, as well as coordinating and implementing new molds and molding processes.
Oversee the development, setup, monitoring, adjustment, and efficient operations of machines and auxiliary equipment pertaining to injection molding and assembly operations.
Responsible for the training of staff and Cell groups in the proper use and maintenance of new equipment.
Will also improve processes, increase efficiencies and reduce down times and scrap rates.
Manufacturing Engineer (UT- Salt Lake City) – Onsite
Assists remediation of the Calibration, PM, and other manufacturing and control plan systems.
Helps with continuous process improvement and problem resolution
Supports Lean, Six Sigma practices.
Create, document, develop, and implement procedures required to assemble, test, process, and manufacture the products of the company.
Assures product and process quality.
Update processes and procedures related to calibration, PM, spare parts, etc. to ensure that these systems meet GMP, quality/regulatory requirements, and are sustainable to ensure ongoing support of our manufacturing system.
Writes / approves validation protocols (IQ, OQ, and PQ
Executes and supports validation activities as the site.
