Job Description:
This position will work 1st shift with a Monday through Friday schedule. Some overtime or weekend work may be necessary.

Candidates will be performing preventive and reactive maintenance on mixing machines. Majority of the work orders will be mechanical repairs, but the candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting PLC’s and electrical up to 480V. Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
Operate with a flexible work schedule including off shifts
Maintain accurate records
Analyze operating processes to help maximize efficiency and assist with maintaining efficient machine operations.
Troubleshoot manufacturing issues within the process or facility.
Maintain a clean work environment.
Required Experience:
5 years’ experience working in a similar capacity in a manufacturing or production facility.
5 years’ experience working with hydraulics and pneumatics.
Proficient knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
Ability to work overtime or weekends on a short notice.
Must Have:
Experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting up to 480V
PLC troubleshooting
Reading blueprints and schematics
