MAINFRAMES C++ Job - Remote – Work From Home - San Antonio, TX or Phoenix, AZ – Immediate Interviews

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Title: C++
Role: On-Site and Off-Shore support/communication
Location: San Antonio, TX or Phoenix, AZ
Job option: Remote, Work from home job till COVID situation settles. Candidates may continue working on-site in TX/AZ or end the job

RATES/SALARY
Rate: $40/hr on C2C (or) $40/hr on 1099 (or) $38/hr on W2 – Fixed and non-negotiable
Please donot seek negotiations on the given rates as this is the max that I can offer during the current Pandemic situation and this being the remote job.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
1. We need one to host at onsite and able to manage customers and lead onshore-offshore model
2. Mainframes JCL, Eztrive, CICS, C++, DB2

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To resolve tickets/escalations/incidents, through root cause analysis, in adherence to SLA, quality, process & security standards to ensure positive customer feedback and value creation.
2. To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
3. To provide support for on call escalations and doing incident & problem management (
4. To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team
5. To ensure positive customer experience and through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
6. Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives
7. To participate or contribute on business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
