Job Description :
3 - 4 years of experience in Playing Test Lead Role
Experience in Agile Methodology ,preferably Scrum
At least 6 years of in-depth experience in Mainframe testing, Interface or Batch Testing, Batch Execution and solving job abends
Good working knowledge of different DBs such as DB2, and SQL
Experience with Financial Services or Cards and Payments domain.
Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
Strong Analytical skills
Good client interfacing skills
Ability to work independent or a team contributor
Having work experience in onsite – offshore work model.
IBM HATs experience will add an advantage
