Job Description :

Role: Mainframe - Production Support lead
Location: Anywhere in US ( Remote )
Position Type: Full Time

Preferred Qualifications:
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
At least 4 years of Mainframe working Experience:  COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, Stored Procedures, CICS, MQ Series, Control-M
Working knowledge on Endeavor/SCLM, IBM problem determination tools such as File manager, Fault analyzer etc.
Experience in Production Support
Experience in change management and incident management tools.
Ability to solve production down situations under tight SLA deadlines, including root cause and problem resolution follow-up
Ability to support multiple mainframe applications simultaneously.
Ability to effectively run a triage call to resolve issues on time within SLA deadlines.
Proactive in identifying, escalating, and addressing project issues and risks.
Excellent Problem-Solving skills and an Entrepreneurial Attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Meeting facilitation and discussion moderation skills
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Planning and Co-ordination skills
Good Communication and Analytical skills
Experience in DB2, DB2 (Stored procedures))
Experience in REXX, Syncsort, EZTRIEVE & XPEDITOR
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Experience in Financial Services domain
Analytical skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
