Preferred Qualifications:At least 4 years of Information Technology experienceAt least 4 years of Mainframe working Experience: COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, Stored Procedures, CICS, MQ Series, Control-MWorking knowledge on Endeavor/SCLM, IBM problem determination tools such as File manager, Fault analyzer etc.Experience in Production SupportExperience in change management and incident management tools.Ability to solve production down situations under tight SLA deadlines, including root cause and problem resolution follow-upAbility to support multiple mainframe applications simultaneously.Ability to effectively run a triage call to resolve issues on time within SLA deadlines.Proactive in identifying, escalating, and addressing project issues and risks.Excellent Problem-Solving skills and an Entrepreneurial AttitudeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMeeting facilitation and discussion moderation skillsStrong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skillsPlanning and Co-ordination skillsGood Communication and Analytical skillsExperience in DB2, DB2 (Stored procedures))Experience in REXX, Syncsort, EZTRIEVE & XPEDITORAbility to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environmentExperience in Financial Services domainAnalytical skillsExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
