DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:The worker will be responsible for developing and implementing an enterprise macOS and Mac hardware support strategy.The worker will coordinate and oversee support tasks from a 3rd party vendor. Will work with business stakeholders to identify key support needs and trends, developing and implementing solutions to resolve. The worker will be responsible for monitoring OS concurrency, patch concurrency and reporting on status of the macOS devices in the environment.
WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSMinimum (Required):7 Years Experience supporting macOS7 Years Experience supporting Mac Hardware5 Years Mobile Device Management for macOS – usage, administration8 Years General IT support experience
