Title: Mac Support Analyst
Location: 3712 Jackson Ave, Austin, TX 78731
Duration: 12 Months with possible extension

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
The worker will be responsible for developing and implementing an enterprise macOS and Mac hardware support strategy.
The worker will coordinate and oversee support tasks from a 3rd party vendor. Will work with business stakeholders to identify key support needs and trends, developing and implementing solutions to resolve. The worker will be responsible for monitoring OS concurrency, patch concurrency and reporting on status of the macOS devices in the environment.

WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum (Required):
7 Years Experience supporting macOS
7 Years Experience supporting Mac Hardware
5 Years Mobile Device Management for macOS – usage, administration
8 Years General IT support experience

Preferred (Optional):
5 Years Implementing Mobile Device Management
4 Years  inTune MDM Experience
5 Years Working in a multi-vendor environment for support operations
