Role: Logical XML Data Modeler
Location: Charlotte, NC (Must be on site at the earliest Mid October)

Job Description:
* Must have: (If they have a timid personality they will be rejected & Poor Communication skills will be rejected)
* Must have experience Leading JAD Sessions.
* XML (5 plus years) and JSON (2 plus years) schema experience.
* XMLSpy (2 plus years)/Erwin (4 plus years)
* Proven track record of operating in an Agile environment
* Strong experience with designing XML Schemas (XSDs)
* Strong experience with XML modeling tools like XMLSpy
* Experience with logical modeling tools (e.g. Erwin)
* Insurance or Financial Services experience
* Experience with "canonical data structures"
* Experience with JSON data structures (or other NoSQL data modeling)
* Experience using SQL data manipulation (preferable in Oracle/SQL Developer)
* Understanding of coding and development principles and practices (API, Events, OOP)
