Role: Data Entry & Mortgage Application Processor
Location: Remote
Emp: Contractual through IMPLEMENTATION PARTNER
Duration: 3 months and extendable upto a year
Experience: 1+ year
BR/H on C2C/W2: $12/hr

Job Description:
Review, Analysis, Research - Loan documents
Analyzing and updating mortgage transactions in Mortgage Servicing Systems.
Collateral reviews on Loan Servicing Systems.
Good understanding of mortgage domain, policies and procedures and the actions taken in relation to loans.
Desired Profile:
1+ yrs. work experience in mortgage industry (Conversion/ Origination/ Foreclosure/ Payoff/Escrow/ Bankruptcy/Doc. Indexing/Default Support/ Prop Preservation)
Good in understanding /comprehending Mortgage documents
Good Analytical and Reasoning skills
Good at MS office – word and excel.
Good Communication Skills (Written & Oral Also email communication
Can deliver high accuracy with Compliance to the company policy
Requirement:
The consultant should have a personal computer and internet connection
