Role: Linux C/C++ Lead/Developer Location: Seattle, WA Duration: FTE Mandatory Skills: 7+ years of hands on experience on Linux C/C++ Application Development Design, code, test, debug and implement and maintain efficient and reliable C++ Code Experience with Windows and Linux Good understanding of TCP/IP Protocol and ISMP Protocol Knowledge of IPMI (Intelligent Platform Management Interface) and API Interface Familiarity with embedded systems design, low-level hardware interactions Thorough knowledge of the standard Library and STL Containers Familiarity with system call wrapper library functions Knowledge of QT and Boost Library Software Development Lifecycle experience Implementation of automated testing platforms and unit tests Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, etc., Good to have experience on creating, debugging, deploying, and supporting a publish-subscribe messaging system using RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, or Apache QPID. Coordination with other developers for requirements implementation and tests Resolve issues proactively to delivery high quality products Project point of contact for communications, milestones and review briefings. Highly effective organization of meetings to ensure flow, participation, progress, proactive mitigation of risks and issues; can train others. Develop, update and maintain project plan and other project documentation. Good communication & customer handling skills High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired. Must be able to work independently and complete task in a timely manner Preferred Skills: Work Experience on ITCSM (Interoperable Train Control Systems Management) Agent / System Management Agent (SMA) Work Experience on Linux application based on Meteorcomm Agent Development Kit (ADK) on ITC SMG (Interoperable Train Control Systems Management Gateway)
