We are looking for 8+ years experience.
Position : Liferay Developer
Duration: 6+ month contract
Location: Remote ( The client not consider candidates that are currently outside of the U.S.
Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or closely related field of study; or equivalent work experience
? Minimum 7 years of software development experience
? Minimum 4 years of experience with Liferay DXP
? Minimum 1 year of experience with Angular or mobile development
? Experience with JSON, AJAX, SOA implementations, Rest/SOAP based Web Services, JUnit, Jenkins and Bitbucket
? Practical expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Agile/SCRUM
? Understanding of data modeling concepts
? Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
? The Senior Application Developer will demonstrate advanced skills while coaching and
mentoring less senior team members
Preferred Experience:
? Minimum 8 years of experience software development
? Minimum 8 years of experience using web servers, applications servers, and RDBMS
? Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
? Experience in API security, analytics, throttling, caching, logging, request and response modifications etc.
? Experience in creating REST API documentation using Swagger and RAML or similar tools desirable
? Experienced with Object-Oriented Design (OOD)
? Knowledge of SQL procedures and functions, and complex SQL Queries
? Financial services industry experience
