HI, Hope you are doing great Please see the below mention job description and let me know your availability ASAP JOB ROLE :Lean Process Engineer JOB Location: Tempe AZ JOB Duration:12 months Once Here You Will : Design, Develop and support the implementation of incremental Agile and SDLC framework, procedures, and templates Participate in project team meetings to drive and maintain incremental and SDLC processes, create new incremental artifacts and processes in response to business needs, and support change management activities required to transition individual applications from Waterfall to incremental Provide support maintenance of SDLC and Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) assets and artefacts Identify areas for process improvement based on findings from QA, metrics, or lessons learned and track the implementation of process improvements Translate conceptual standards into transactional procedures and develop and define standard process templates and instructions Prepare documentation on all phases of processes, and modifications of existing systems and processes Effectively communicate ideas and information with peers, management, and customers What You'll Bring: Passion for achieving excellence in delivery, solving complex problems, and taking ownership Hands-on experience with end to end agile project management & software development lifecycle Extensive experience with Lean process improvement and process re-engineering Experience with overall process improvement and with applying SDLC and incremental techniques Hands-on experience with tools like Planview, JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket will be a big plus Experience with metric analysis and gathering, tracking, and reporting on program and project metrics independently Experience in managing financials for project management Have strong technology understanding and service delivery Experience with the analysis, development, and deployment of process automation across complex IT enterprise environments Experience in software development methodologies and Agile (Agile Certification, including PMP-ACP, CSM, or CSP preferred) Knowledge of, and experience with, the standards, controls and regulations that drive software development process and compliance including Sarbanes Oxley, and general IT controls and best practices common in finance organizations Experience with industry standard process framework and methodologies, (COBIT, FFIEC, Six Sigma, CMMI, ITIL), is a plus Excellent technical, analytical, problem solving, multitasking, and time management skills with consistent attention to detail Ability to define and implement metrics based on goal-question-measure Ability to effectively learn, communicate and use new processes, concepts, tools, and methodology to support the needs of the business Strong leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and consensus building skills Excellent presentation (written and verbal) communication skills.
