We are seeking an experienced Lead IT Systems Administrator to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will lead system administration activities, ensure system security and performance, and mentor junior administrators while supporting business-critical applications and services.

Lead the administration and maintenance of servers, operating systems, and enterprise infrastructure.

Manage Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms, and cloud environments.

Oversee Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and identity management systems.

Monitor system performance, availability, and security.

Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and migrations.

Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.

Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices.

Troubleshoot complex system and network issues.

Collaborate with network, security, and application teams.

Mentor and guide junior system administrators.

Maintain documentation of system configurations and processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

6+ years of experience in system administration.

Strong expertise in Windows Server and/or Linux environments.

Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Hands-on experience with backup solutions and disaster recovery planning.

Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPN).

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
