Lead SAP Security Role design, SOX Compliance and Reporting on existing and new technologies - Hands on experience in SAP ECC, BI/HANA, HR Security, FIORI, S/4 HANA, SRM, SolMan ChaRM, Enterprise Portal, GRC Access Control components (ARM, ARA, EAM



Technical HANA Security skills and full life-cycle experience in the design, implementation and fine-tuning of native HANA Apps; exposure to HANA 2.0 multi-tenant architecture specifically around granting cross tenant access.



Translate functional requirement into technical design for SAP security roles



BW and HANA security integration and synchronization as well as SSO.



Create users, roles, privileges, packages, schema as part of SAP HANA Development



Configure Analytical and SQL Privileges, Roles and Granting access.



Mentor and train team members in SAP Security.



Perform advanced tracing techniques for troubleshooting and solving security problems utilizing sap standard tools and tables.



Proficiency in building GRC custom rule-sets and configure GRC Workflow as per business needs.



Compliance audit readiness awareness



Coordinate and drive SAP Security role design, develop new roles, modification of existing roles, resolution of security-related issues, coordination with business/functional teams and role owners, and documentation.



Demonstrate excellent leadership and social skills, with the ability to effectively explain and justify technical requirements and best practices to key stakeholders.





Required Technical and Professional Expertise



Bachelor''s degree in Comp Science, Engineering or a related field of study.



Extensive customer facing experience of at least 8+ years in SAP Security, SAP GRC with a minimum of 4+ years specialization on HANA and BW security operations.



Proven Security architecture and authorization implementation experience on SAP ECC, BI, SRM, FIORI, HR Security, S/4 HANA, GRC and BW/HANA.



Expert in GRC mitigation controls and SOX compliance



Strong conceptual, analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting and resolution skills.



Strong knowledge of key business processes, risks, and potential controls
