Role: Lead SAP HCM – Payroll Consultant
Exp:5+Yrs
Location: Alpharetta,GA
Required Skills:

Minimum One end-to-end implementation experience along with 3 or more years of production Support project experience.
5-8 plus years of Experience in HCM Module with specific experience in the following areas
Knowledge of HCM module areas and its integration into FICO.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding problem-solving skills within functional and technical areas
Have a minimum experience of two or more SAP HCM and US Payroll implementations working in a configurator and support role.
Detailed knowledge of the SAP US Payroll processes and procedures.
Detailed understanding of the SAP US Payroll Calculation process including payroll cluster, retro-calculation, taxation, arrears, claims, etc.
Proficient in configuring the SAP US Payroll Module which includes Wage types, Taxes, Finance Postings, Payment Processing, Off-cycle Workbench, BSI Tax Factory, etc.
Experience creating and maintaining Payroll Schema and Rules.
Able to troubleshoot and debug production issues.
Experience of SAP tax integration with ADP Payroll is a plus
Knowledge and experience in Time Management areas that include PTO generation is a plus
Ability to adapt quickly and work well under pressure
Experience in working with offshore teams

Key responsibilities:
Provide on-going day to day Level 2-3 application support of the HCM environment including ticket resolution, user troubleshooting, enhancements and reporting
Provide functional support and knowledge transfer to end users
Provide highly advanced functional and technical support for the SAP HCM system maintenance and enhancements including integration to other systems.
Design, configure, develop, and implement functionality for required HCM processes.
Work with business and IT teams to ensure business requirements are validated and system development goals are achieved.
Collaborate with non-HCM and non-SAP teams
Provide SAP Payroll support testing activities (regression and project related), along with following the established change management process. Initiate design reviews for new applications and adhere to software development standards.
Participate in, lead in requirements gathering and functional specification activities.
Design and develop efficient, well-structured and documented technical solutions with an emphasis on US Payroll, and some experience in Time Management modules, and Core HR. Responsible for functional design and hands on configuration.
Design and deliver high quality solutions through system configuration and technical development that meet overall business requirements.
Perform regular system maintenance tasks, such as implementation BSI Cyclic updates, BSI TUB applications, Support Packs, Enhancement Packs, Payroll year end activities.
Troubleshoot and manage complex interfaces to downstream systems such as ADP, 3rd Party interfaces that includes Benefits, 401K and other external systems
