Basic Qualifications For Lead SAP Data Migration Consultant Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology. Preferred Qualification For Lead SAP Data Migration Consultant Should have 3 years of hands on experience in Data Migration including 1 project implementation. Good knowledge of various Master data and Transaction data objects across SD/ MM/ CS & FICO. Should be able to work with remote teams and client stake holders in mapping of data specifications. Knowledge of ETL tools ??? S/4 LTMC, LSMW. Should be able to develop custom programs for data loading & extraction. Should be able to work with project functional / technical teams for inputs and testing. Good communication and interpersonal skills; Should be able to affectively interact with the customer and project teams. Good analytical skills Planning and Co-ordination skills Experience in leading teams
