Lead Salesforce Developer with Marketing Cloud NYC (Remote & then in NY) Ideally local 6+ Months Heavy Financial experience Required Experience: The ideal candidate has an analytical mind with the ability to act as a trusted adviser and business partner to Senior Leaders 5-7 Years' experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Exact Target) Has strong strategic planning and financial acumen, who has led and executed other salesforce strategy engagements for large and complex customers using their deep analytic, technology and business intelligence background. Leading a team in defining, landing and executing on strategic planning. Merging of multiple platforms a plus. Has the ability to design and execute on the strategy and roadmap for the integration and merging of two different business's Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platforms into one. Strong written and oral presentation skills and success interacting with senior-level executives in a corporate environment Can hit the ground running, confidently able to draw immediate insights and make recommendations Strong business intelligence- Identify any potential issues and gaps in processes and roadmap, and drive a timely resolution Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and project management skills, using relevant information to make timely and critical decisions that affect effectiveness and timeliness of Strategy Drive project prioritization decisions and clearly communicate direction and priorities across all stakeholders Work cross-organizationally and build strong relationships with business units, sales, marketing, customer experience, customer support, and other technology functional areas to ensure alignment with roadmap, priorities and related release activities Conduct competitive research and trend analyses to understand latest industry trends in technology and business strategy relating to Salesforce marketing Cloud Identify relevant trends and make business recommendations for platform, process, or strategy improvements Leverage expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to strategically evolve user experience and functionality while integrating the two platforms Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce processes, providing analysis of existing functionality and providing insights to best practices Shawn Wood
