Title: Lead Salesforce developer
Location: Dallas, TX (Remote)

Required:
15 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development
Experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform which should include: Lightning Web Components using the Lightning Design System framework, Apex, Apex data loader, flow, and declarative platform tools. (Process Builder, Visual Workflow, Lightning App Builder, etc.)
Experience with Salesforce Service or Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Mobile
Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems
Familiarity with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and deployment tools (Copado, Gearset, or similar)
Strong understanding of Salesforce security model and data architecture
Excellent problem-solving, partnering, communication, negotiation skills, and execution in working with various Technology or partner Teams
Ability to articulate (verbally / visually) ideas, approach, concepts, options, risk, impact, and provides guidance to technical, non-technical, and Leadership audiences
Ability to work on multiple assignments, whether administrative or project related, while maintaining a successful level of completion in all responsible work
Customize and configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and automations
Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and external systems
Optimize Salesforce performance, security, and data integrity
Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, QA, and business teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and sprint planning
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Maintain technical documentation and follow Salesforce best practices
