Role: Lead PEGA Engineer

Responsibilities:
· Ability to lead and work in a fast phased Agile model to deliver projects in a timely manner, working alongside multiple stake holders (IT, Business, Vendors)
· Work independently as well as in a team on design, development, testing, and deployment of Pega based solutions.
· Work closely with Business Analysts and onsite team to understand business requirements and implement them into viable work products.
· Create documentation including high level design, detailed Technical design, unit/ system test case etc.
· Take active ownership in release and deployment activities and assist team in adhering to SLAs.
· Be involved in various capacities in software/ application upgrade and data migration related activities on Pega platform.
· Contribute to our Pega PRPC platform by actively participating in ideation, innovation, development, and knowledge sharing.
· Actively contribute to a learning environment, fostering innovation.
Skills requirements
· At least 10+ years of IT experience delivering various IT projects.
· At least 5+ years in design, development & delivery of PEGA PRPC related projects.
· Credit Card/Debit Card domain knowledge
· Should possess good hands-on experience Pega PRPC
· Should have exposure to standard Pega frameworks applicable to the Financial Services (Smart Dispute, Smart Adjust modules)
· Should have exposure to one or more of the standards such as BPMN 2.0, BPEL, CMIS, PMML, WS-*, JSR-286, JMS and JAX-WS.
· Should have strong exposure to Pega BPM tools such as DCO (Direct Capture Objectives), Case Manager Portal and all integration aspects in a standard PRPC environment.
· Should have experience in enterprise class structure designing, understanding of Pega security model, underlying architecture and knowledge of reusability.
· Should be well acquainted with debugging and performance monitoring techniques using Tracer, PAL, SMA, Log files.
· Should have worked in the capacity of a Developer or a Senior Developer or similar roles on at least one Pega PRPC development project through all project life cycle (Waterfall/ Agile/ Pega BPM ) phases.
· Should have proven track record of delivering quality deliverables in/ on time and working in a team.
· Should have hands-on experience on Java/ J2EE, Web framework( such as Struts, and Spring), Web services (REST, SOAP), middleware platforms and messaging technology, relational databases such as SQL/ DB2.
· Should possess excellent communication skills.
Should be a quick learner with positive attitude and flexibility to work in Onsite-offshore model working & coordinating with multiple IT, Business stakeholders
