Job discription:
A GCP Lead DevOps Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role combines technical leadership with hands-on expertise in CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud-native deployments, ensuring high availability, security, and operational efficiency
Key Responsibilities:
· Cloud Infrastructure Design & Deployment
o Architect and implement GCP services such as GKE, Cloud Run, Compute Engine, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Storage.
o Deploy and manage high-availability systems across development and production environments.
· CI/CD Pipeline Management
o Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Cloud Build.
o Automate deployments and integrate security best practices into pipelines.
· Infrastructure as Code & Automation
o Implement IaC using Terraform, Deployment Manager, or Ansible for provisioning and configuration.
o Automate repetitive tasks and optimize resource utilization.
Technical Expertise:
o Strong hands-on experience with GCP services (IAM, GKE, Cloud Functions, VPC, BigQuery).
o Solid understanding of cloud networking, security principles, and DevOps
