Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions tailored to business needs. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap-fit analysis, and deliver high-quality customizations and integrations. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, .NET technologies, and enterprise system integrations..

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct requirement gathering and gap-fit analysis for CRM implementations.
  • Design and configure CRM solutions based on business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflows, web resources, and custom workflow activities.
  • Integrate Dynamics CRM with ERP systems, LOB applications, MS Outlook, SharePoint, and O365.
  • Perform data migration using tools like Scribe, SSIS, or similar.
  • Develop and deploy custom and SSRS reports for CRM.
  • Work with CRM Web API, JavaScript, OData, and REST for customizations and integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with CRM security models and best practices.
  • Support installation, configuration, and administration of Dynamics CRM environments.
  • Collaborate in Agile development environments and contribute to sprint planning and delivery

Skills Required

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 (entities, workflows, configurations, customizations).
  • Proficiency in .NET technologies, SSRS, and CRM Web API.
  • Experience with data migration tools like Scribe or SSIS.
  • Solid understanding of CRM security models and OOB/custom reporting.
  • Experience integrating CRM with enterprise systems, Outlook, SharePoint, and O365.
  • Knowledge of Sales Force Automation, Marketing Automation, and Service Management modules in CRM.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, OData, REST, and custom scripting for CRM.
  • Exposure to installation and deployment of CRM solutions.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
