Job Responsibilities:
Full lifecycle application development
Lead development teams through all phases of SDLC
Train and mentor team members as needed
Design, code and debug software
Perform software analysis, risk analysis, reliability analysis
Participate in software modeling and simulation
Integrate new software solutions with existing systems
Extract and reverse engineer existing code
Have passion for innovation, new ideas, quick prototyping, hackathons etc.
Explore and innovate new technologies, features, and tools
Have an open-minded approach to development strategy and approaches
Actively look for ways to make everything better
Skills and Experience Required:
Required:
10-12 years of hands-on experience in Java development
Strong in Core Java and OOPs programming concepts
Experience designing/developing integration solutions using Java frameworks
Experience with the following frameworks: Hibernate, Spring, Spring Boot
Desired:
Experience in PBM or Healthcare domains
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
