Job Description :
We are looking for a Full-time contractor or employee for a Lead .NET Engineer role.
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead .NET Engineer to design, develop, and maintain computer programs. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in programming techniques to evaluate, plan, and implement solutions that align with user requests and system capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, testing, and documentation of advanced client/server and web-based applications using C# (.NET), MVC, and SQL.
  • Develop specialized programs to enhance front and back-end web applications using HTML, HTML5, ASP.NET (Blazor), and C#.
  • Analyze and deliver web metrics and reports, driving improvements in site layout and performance.
  • Provide support and troubleshoot software for Texas Department of Agriculture applications, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning optimally.
  • Collaborate with systems analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet technical needs.
  • Suggest process improvements for application development projects when necessary.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of senior-level programming experience.
  • Expertise in developing web-based and desktop applications using .NET, HTML, HTML5, ASP.NET (Blazor), C#, and SQL Server.
  • Proficiency in web programming (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) to optimize user experience and performance.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or AWS DevOps.
  • Strong background in Agile development and participation in Scrum sessions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
  • Creative, independent, and able to solve complex problems with minimal supervision.
