Job Description:

Our client has built a cloud-based policy administration platform over the past two years. We are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to maintain the existing infrastructure and expand the current capabilities. Some of the first projects will be improving the monitoring/alerting and implementing Vault for secrets management.
Responsibilities
Deploy and maintain critical applications on GKE
Deploy and maintain Gitlab CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments and companies
Implement solution for effective monitoring and alerting
Implement Vault for Secrets Management
Support and work alongside a cross-functional engineering team on the latest technologies
Requirements
Configuration management experience with Terraform
Proficiency in scripting languages including Bash and Python
Strong experience with Google Cloud and Gitlab
Prior experience with Vault, a plus
Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Must be self-directed, confident and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to adapt to the technology most appropriate to complete a task
6+ years relevant work experience
